MAINSYS and Comma Group announce today a new partnership to support banks in their future development of digital banking. The partners jointly defined a framework for an omnichannel solution. This solution puts user experience in the core but equally provides more opportunities to the marketing department thanks to big data and personalization. The framework provides a fully responsive banking experience for all platforms and devices.

To help banks with this digital challenge, MAINSYS and Comma Group defined an omnichannel framework. The solution is based upon de multi-channel FRONTeO software suite (branch, web, mobile) of MAINSYS and is integrated with Sitecore’s Digital Marketing Platform, a specialization of the Comma Group.
This framework provides a fully responsive banking experience regardless of platform or device: the user experience is at the core. But while putting customers in the center, the solution equally provides new opportunities to the marketing department. They are able to suggest, promote and present products in that same interface. Think of it as a “Google Now” for financial products and services.

The framework comes with a big data solution. All analytics of existing channels are gathered to present a clear 360° view on the customer. Because of this customer insight, banks can now offer a premium user experience in a personalized and secure way.
